Identification
All guests are required to present a valid photo identification upon check-in.Accommodation & Occupancy
The accommodation unit may only be occupied by the number of guests specified on the booking invoice. Over-occupancy, including adults and children, is strictly prohibited.Special Requests
All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.Noise, Nuisance & Conduct
No excessive noise or nuisance behavior is permitted at any time.
Guests who fail to comply after being warned may be required to vacate the premises immediately.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Damages & Liability
Guests are personally liable for any damage or breakages to the accommodation unit, building, or contents caused during their stay.Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of R500 – R1500 is payable upon check-in.
Cash deposits will be refunded at check-out, subject to inspection and provided no damage or losses are identified.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside accommodation units, on patios, and within all buildings, in accordance with South African law.
Management reserves the right to impose a fine for any violation of this policy.Pets
Pets are not permitted, except for certified support animals.
Failure to comply may result in a penalty fee and removal of the pet from the premises.Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: From 16:00
Check-out: By 10:00
Right of Admission
Kels and Mels Travel reserves the right to refuse admission or request guests to vacate the premises for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
